Waves: 1 - 2 feet

Wind: Perfect light trade winds

Slight increase in the waves with a good west direction, add to that the return of the trades to smooth out the waves and you have the Best day of the week!

Vog: Thick

This morning's surf was pretty much like yesterday - small waves with smooth conditions. Some might say that's junk but at least we have waves to ride in good conditions and warm water. I'll take that.

The vog seems really bad today but it makes for great sunsets and sunrises.

Waves: 1 - 1.5 feet

Wind: Smooth as silk

Almost like yesterday with less waves. We still had some chest high waves, we just had less of them.

Yesterday we went to the Elks club pool for an afternoon swim and I took a picture of the awesome sunset.

 

In fairness to the Sun Gods - here's today's Sunrise.

This morning was SLIGHTLY better than yesterday but don't get excited still small. Stay home I'll tell you when it gets good - I'm just thinking of you readers.

The waves were small and weak but the winds were good. Stay home tomorrow.

No surf for me this weekend. I did get a Saturday surf report from Mitchell who I ran into at Costco - Mitch said was small with onshore winds. Sunday morning the winds looked better but when I called Leighton for the report he said he didn't surf either. I'll be happy to just paddle out tomorrow -  my gills are drying out!

Sunday dinner was at Choi's on King street - good Korean food, lots of it and at bargain prices.

My Mom ordered the Barbecue Chicken - Four thighs - she had her fill and took home enough for two more meals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dora's parents both got the Combo - Barbecue Beef, Chicken and a Mondoo.

 

Check it out - five entrees plus the Spinach salad and Mochiko chicken all for less than $70.00.

Yesterday had some GOOD wind-swell waves - today had BAD wind-swell waves. This morning was smaller and weaker than yesterday.

Wind: Medium Trades

The waves came up from yesterday but with a little stormy conditions. I was playing surf instructor today helping Jim a conultant from Toronto learn to surf - he did great for his first time.

Smoother but smaller than yesterday. Tide is so high in the morning - I think if the tide was lower would be better.
